A Mother's Search That Became a Movement

"In search for lactose and gluten-free food for my son, I ended up creating Amritatva — a brand that sells innovative products made with oyster mushrooms."

When Preeti Rathore's son was diagnosed with gluten sensitivity at an early age, she began scouring India for food that was genuinely safe — without hidden maida, artificial thickeners, or MSG. Unable to find it, she built it herself.

Starting from oyster mushroom cultivation in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Amritatva grew into a full food brand: noodles, pasta, seasonings, sattu, and mushroom powder — all made with real, traceable ingredients and zero compromise on the label.

Every product is made without refined wheat flour. We use whole grains, millets, and mushroom blends — real food, not fillers.

No MSG or Artificial Flavours
